Ski Equipment Retail Specialist

Apply ski equipment expertise and retail knowledge as a seasonal Specialist with CMH in Revelstoke, British Columbia. Work full-time in split shifts.

The Equipment & Retail Specialist supports guest satisfaction at CMH Heli-Skiing & Summer Adventures. The position combines technical shop duties, product knowledge, retail sales, inventory management, and lodge support. Schedules typically follow two weeks on and two weeks off.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain skis, snowboards, poles, and bindings
• Adjust bindings and settings for guest needs
• Track equipment and retail inventory levels
• Manage retail displays and product knowledge
• Process transactions and support radio duty

Requirements:

• Three years of ski or snowboard shop experience
• One year of retail store experience
• Ordering and inventory management experience
• Class 4 Driver's License
• Salomon Certification considered an asset
