This Commercial Estimator supports the pre-construction phase for Unlimited Building Solutions. You will calculate materials, labor, equipment, and subcontract costs from bids, quotations, drawings, and specifications. The work also includes tendering, cost monitoring, stakeholder communication, and project coordination when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare comprehensive commercial construction project estimates
• Analyze incoming bids and recommend tender awards
• Maintain and improve tendering processes
• Prepare cost statements, reports, and forecasts
• Coordinate with project stakeholders and support scheduling

Requirements:

• Commercial construction estimating experience
• Ability to interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and detail-oriented skills
• Estimating software, project tools, and Excel experience
• Construction Management or related education is an asset
