Walmart Front End Cashier

Deliver friendly checkout service at Walmart Canada’s 3460 Saanich Road location, processing purchases and supporting shoppers efficiently.

As a Front End Checkout Team Associate, you will help create positive shopping experiences and support customer loyalty. Daily duties include greeting customers, processing transactions, handling cash, and assisting with merchandise. You will also support self-checkout and company-sponsored programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process purchase transactions in a timely manner
• Maintain cash handling, register security, and integrity
• Deactivate merchandise according to the EAS Program
• Promote credit card and product protection services
• Refer service items to appropriate front-end leaders

Requirements:

• Be at least 16 years old
• Greet every customer politely and respectfully
• Follow relevant company policies during transactions
• Keep the work area clean and safe
• Use proper lifting practices when assisting customers
