You'll also play a crucial role in maintaining environmental standards and operational schedules to support efficient water treatment processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct daily activities of the water treatment crew
• Communicate key performance indicators to operators
• Conduct toolbox and safety meetings regularly
• Manage manpower scheduling efficiently
• Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures
Requirements:
• Class 3 Saskatchewan Operator Certification in Water Treatment
• Experience with water treatment operations preferred
• Post-secondary education in a relevant field is an asset
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
