FedEx Sort Operations Supervisor

Lead FedEx Express sort operations as a frontline supervisor, guiding Cargo Handlers through package handling, routing, and recovery processes.

This part-time Operations Supervisor supports FedEx Express Safety Above All culture within a station. You will manage daily sort activities and assigned Cargo Handlers while ensuring compliant administrative processes. The position emphasizes mentoring, coaching, training, and employee direction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day sort operations within the station
• Direct Cargo Handlers’ work activities and package handling
• Guide routing and recovery of potential service failures
• Mentor, coach, and train assigned employees
• Ensure processes comply with policies and regulations

Requirements:

• College degree
• Two years FedEx sort operations or senior hourly experience
• Or two years supervisory experience in a related industry
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Ability to complete required training and maintain certification
