Maintenance Manager Training Program

Develop maintenance leadership skills at Penske in Boucherville, Quebec, through eighteen months of rotations, operational training, and shop management.

This Maintenance Manager Trainee assignment prepares you for Maintenance Supervisor or related growth opportunities. You will build communication, organization, and influencing skills while learning inventory, customer experience, service, financial, safety, and rental operations. The final one-year shop rotation includes people management responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete six rotations through maintenance management functions
• Train, coach, and mentor associates during rotations
• Manage PartsNet inventory, tires, parts, and vendor relationships
• Schedule customer preventative maintenance and address daily concerns
• Review metrics, safety issues, assignments, and repair orders

Requirements:

• Associate's or technical degree
• Valid G Driver's License
• Strong communication, organization, and influencing skills
• Ability to relocate and travel as necessary
• Computer skills and adaptable learning ability
