Bartender Beverage Service Specialist

Prepare and serve beverages as a Bartender, using standard recipes, portion control, and friendly guest service throughout each shift.

This Bartender position focuses on beverage preparation, bar setup, guest identification, and responsible alcohol service. You will stock beer, wine, spirits, glassware, ice, produce, and service supplies. The work also includes maintaining perishables, processing drink orders, cleaning assigned areas, and securing products and deposits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up assigned bars and stock beverage service supplies
• Prepare and store garnishes, juices, and perishables
• Process drink orders using standard ingredient recipes
• Check bar guests for proper identification
• Clean work areas and secure products, equipment, and deposits

Requirements:

• Valid provincial Responsible Beverage Service Certificate
• Previous bartending experience is an asset
• Friendly, outgoing, and dedicated to customer service
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Physical ability to perform position duties
