Deli Food Preparation Associate

Prepare deli orders for Walmart Canada customers in Sydney, handling meat, cheese, chicken, salads, and side dishes. Support accurate food preparation while maintaining a clean, organized department.

As a Deli Associate, you will take merchandise orders and prepare requested products for customers. Duties include slicing, stacking, frying, and filling display items. You will also assist front end Associates with price checks and support deli sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take orders for deli merchandise and specialty requests
• Slice and prepare meat and cheese products
• Prepare chicken using rotisserie ovens and deep fryers
• Fill prepared salads and side dishes for display

Requirements:

• Be at least 16 years old
• Follow standards for product rotation and sell-by dates
• Apply food handling and temperature recording requirements
• Use slicers, stackers, and other preparation utensils
• Keep work areas neat, clean, and organized
