Senior Private Trust Officer

Manage complex trust relationships in Windsor with TD Private Wealth Management, applying estate expertise and client-focused relationship management.

As a Trust Officer, you will manage existing and newly referred estate, trust, and agency accounts of varying complexity. You will serve high-net-worth clients, beneficiaries, and co-trustees while contributing to a highly integrated wealth management team. The role requires professional expertise, discretion, and effective collaboration across TD.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage estate, trust, and agency accounts of varying complexity
• Build relationships with clients, beneficiaries, and co-trustees
• Create comprehensive advice plans for complex client needs
• Integrate trust products and services with wealth partners
• Exercise judgment across tax, investment, and administrative needs

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree and over five years of industry experience
• Working toward completing the Canadian Securities Course
• Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively
• Trust and Estate Practitioner designation progress is an asset
• Professional designations such as MBA, CA, LLB, or CFA desirable
