Regional Asset & Facilities Manager

Connective Support Society in British Columbia is seeking a Maintenance and Asset Manager to ensure that owned and leased properties are safe, efficient and well maintained, with responsibility for interior and exterior tasks.

The role reports to the Senior Manager of Building Infrastructure and Asset Management, leads maintenance teams, coordinates external contractors, manages budgets, and ensures CARF and OH&S compliance across the region, including Kamloops and Vancouver.
