As a Surveyor at M. Sullivan & Son, you will report to the Survey Manager and play an essential role in managing field-site-specific surveying activities. This position requires a comprehensive understanding of surveying software, a commitment to precision, and collaboration with architects and engineers to convey designs accurately. You’ll oversee daily layout tasks, collect as-built data, and manage vital project documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
• Conduct daily layouts according to project specifications
• Manage surveys for establishing legal property boundaries
• Record survey results with precision and clarity
• Communicate findings with project stakeholders
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a land surveyor
• Professional land surveyor license required
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MicroSurvey, and Revit
• Strong understanding of construction industry practices
• Level II Secret Government clearance required
