Logistics Planner Carrier Relations

Use analytical planning skills as a Logistics Planner at XTL Logistics Inc.’s Balzac Terminal, coordinating carriers and shipment updates.

This Logistics Planner role supports carrier and customer relations through shipment monitoring, TMS updates, EDI audits, and reporting. The position requires strong computer skills, attention to detail, and professional communication. You will help maintain accurate order information while supporting scheduled execution and issue follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop strong relationships with transportation carriers
• Monitor carrier performance and provide feedback
• Communicate shipment status and in-transit issues proactively
• Complete TMS updates and conduct EDI audits
• Track, report, and bill accessorial charges

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong analytical, computer, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines
• Working knowledge of Revenova preferred
