Join Dexterra Group as a Baker at Redeemer University and create fresh bakery items for students. Enjoy working Weekdays from 6:00am to 2:00pm in a collaborative environment.
As a key member of our baking team, you will prepare various baked goods while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Duties involve managing ingredients, preparing baked products, and using commercial baking equipment effectively. Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in your workspace will be crucial as you provide excellent service to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Bake a range of quality products from recipes
• Measure and prepare ingredients according to guidelines
• Operate ovens, mixers, and other kitchen machinery
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of work areas
• Collaborate and support team dynamics and tasks
Requirements:
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Previous baking or related food service experience
• Understanding of food safety and storage practices
• Basic counting and math abilities
• Excellent verbal communication skills with peers
