As a Financial Services Representative Universal Banker, you will serve personal and business clients in a Banking Centre. You will understand priorities, provide forward-looking financial plans, and recommend suitable financial products. The role emphasizes relationship building, outreach, mobile banking applications, and client experience. You will work full-time on-site, with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and multiple Banking Centres within reasonable travel distance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet clients to understand personal and business priorities
- Advise clients on solutions and provide financial plans
- Recommend products supporting clients’ financial success
- Conduct outreach and marketing activities within communities
- Introduce clients to CIBC mobile banking applications
Requirements:
- One year of client and sales results experience
- Current Mutual Funds License accreditation in good standing
- Client-first, goal-oriented approach to service
- Critical thinking and attention to detail
- Flexibility for on-site hours, evenings, and weekends
