Retail Store Supervisor Coquitlam

Lead customer-first retail operations at Sunwood Save-On-Foods in Coquitlam, using communication and operational expertise. This is a full-time, 40-hour position requiring open availability.

As Supervisor, you will coach the store team and support service standards across departments. The work covers customer experience, health and food safety, merchandising, front end operations, and inventory. You will also review performance metrics and support sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, mentor, and support the store team
• Deliver operational excellence across store functions
• Communicate key messages and business objectives
• Review business and human resources metrics
• Support inventory, stocktaking, sales, and customer loyalty strategies

Requirements:

• Two to four years of retail experience
• Food Safe Certification
• Proficiency with computer applications
• Knowledge of health and safety practices
• Leadership experience and business education are assets
