Epic Reporting Decision Support Analyst

Build Epic reporting content and healthcare dashboards with Lakeridge Health’s Data & Analytics portfolio in Whitby, Ontario.

As a Decision Support Analyst, you will extract, interpret, present, and disseminate data-driven insights for hospital programs. The temporary full-time contract focuses on Epic tools including Radar Dashboards, Report Workbench, and SlicerDicer. You will also design reporting in Power BI, apply governance principles, and support accurate provincial submissions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain reporting content within Epic systems
• Build or modify reporting content for client requirements
• Design dashboards, reports, and metrics in Epic and Power BI
• Apply data governance principles to reporting and data assets
• Investigate issues and help implement collaborative solutions

Requirements:

• Knowledge of Epic Cogito, Clarity, and Caboodle preferred
• Active Epic certification or ability to achieve certification
• Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, IntelliHealth, and Excel
• Three years of progressive data or analytics experience
• Strong analysis, interpretation, detail, and communication skills
