Job description
Optimize planned maintenance with SAP PM, preventive routines, and industrial planning at Amrize. Support equipment reliability through cost-effective maintenance activities.
As Maintenance Planner, you will improve planned maintenance efficiency for Amrize’s operations. The work covers SAP PM master data, preventive and corrective routines, workload balancing, and maintenance scheduling. Collaboration with departments and stakeholders supports equipment availability, reliability, and sustainable maintenance costs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage SAP PM master data, bills of materials, and critical spares
- Plan preventive and corrective maintenance tasks in SAP PM
- Schedule weekly, daily, and thirteen-week maintenance plans
- Track critical maintenance KPIs, SPIs, materials, and services
- Lead planning meetings and major shutdown after-action reviews
Requirements:
- University degree in engineering or Journeyman Millwright qualification
- Two to five years of industrial planning experience
- Working knowledge of SAP or similar CMMS systems
- Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project, and Google Workspace proficiency
- At least two years implementing preventive maintenance programs
