This junior Chemical Process Engineer position supports Upgrading, Extraction, and Utilities through technical collaboration. You will improve safety, quality, efficiency, and asset performance across plant operations. The opportunity suits new graduates or engineers with zero to five years’ experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor process performance to maintain quality, yield, and production efficiency
- Conduct field inspections and risk assessments for safe operations
- Lead troubleshooting, optimization, and improvement projects
- Support maintenance, turnarounds, and efficiency initiatives
- Apply process safety and value engineering principles
Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree in chemical process engineering
- Zero to five years of engineering experience
- Registered or immediately eligible for APEGA membership
- Strong computer skills and Microsoft Office experience
- Alberta Class 5 Driver’s License or equivalent
