Ambassador Duty Free Operations Supervisor

Lead overnight retail operations at Ambassador Duty Free in Windsor, using customer service and inventory oversight skills. Work Thursday through Saturday, 5 p.m. to 5 a.m.

The Operations Supervisor supports the Canadian-side store at Ambassador Bridge Plaza. This retail supervisor coaches employees, enforces policies, maintains merchandise availability, and helps deliver excellent guest service. The store offers fragrances, crystal, jewelry, clothing, accessories, spirits, and tobacco.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coach, develop, counsel, and discipline store employees
• Enforce policies and procedures for legal compliance
• Maintain inventories and merchandise availability
• Display store items and run sales promotions
• Ensure safe, clean conditions and excellent customer service

Requirements:

• Previous retail store supervising experience
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Problem solving, decision making, and analytical abilities
• Strong multitasking, organization, and employee relations skills
• Availability for holidays, nights, weekends, standing, and merchandise movement
