This Heat Treating Technician position may suit entry, mid-level, or senior candidates based on experience. You will prepare work, monitor furnaces, and follow shop traveler or customer paperwork. The work supports customer inventory care and treatment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare work for heat treatment processing
• Load and unload furnaces, bins, fixtures, and baskets
• Operate, control, and monitor heat treating equipment
• Report unusual problems to the Production Supervisor
• Practice safety and good housekeeping throughout operations

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Working knowledge of metallurgy and temperatures
• U.S. citizenship or Permanent Resident Card eligibility
• Ability to obtain and maintain forklift certification
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and stand extended periods
