Key Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and manage clinic check-in and check-out
• Engage with patients in person, by phone, and email
• Perform pre-testing supporting comprehensive eye care
• Coordinate appointments, prescriptions, billing, and payments
• Manage eyewear pickups, repairs, and adjustments

Requirements:

• Previous retail experience considered an asset
