Lifemark Care Coordinator Hamilton Region

Coordinate patient care with Lifemark Health Group using scheduling, intake, communication, and data entry skills across the Hamilton Region.

This Care Coordinator supports permanent, full-time, part-time, and temporary vacancies across multiple Hamilton Region clinics. You will welcome patients, coordinate treatment information, manage appointments, and maintain medical records. The role also supports billing, insurance claims, and clinic administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer calls and greet patients and visitors
• Coordinate accurate patient intake and treatment information
• Schedule appointments and maintain medical records
• Collect payments and process third-party insurance claims
• Provide administrative support to clinic leadership

Requirements:

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Computer proficiency and data entry skills
• Organizational and multitasking abilities
• Reliable transportation across Hamilton Region clinics
