Industrial Sales Account Representative

Build industrial accounts through sales, networking, and customer relationship management as an Account Representative I with Motion Industries. Travel is required.

This entry-level position develops new business and expands medium-sized accounts into larger accounts. You will convert competitors’ business while maintaining customer contact and managing expectations. Success requires industrial product knowledge, communication skills, and understanding of sales principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate revenue through new business and account development
• Find leads through networking, cold calling, and online research
• Build customer relationships through face-to-face interaction
• Prepare customized quotes from complex customer requirements
• Deliver sales presentations and verify technical requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree and zero to two years’ experience typically required
• Knowledge of power transmission, hydraulic, and pneumatic products
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to influence customers and maintain healthy relationships
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel required
