Compassionate Home Health Aide Position

Join LLRIBHS as a compassionate Home Health Aide, supporting clients in independent living. You will provide essential home management and personal care services tailored to individual needs.
In this vital role, you'll work independently and alongside other health professionals, ensuring that each client receives the care they deserve. You’ll utilize your interpersonal skills and knowledge-based practices to deliver personalized support, contributing to the overall wellbeing of LLRIB community members.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide home management and personal care services
• Collaborate with clients and healthcare professionals
• Address clients' physical, social, and emotional needs
• Promote independent living through tailored support
• Assist with respite care as needed
Requirements:
• Home Health Aide or Continuing Care Aide Certificate
• Experience in Home Care or Acute Care preferred
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and Microsoft Office
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License required
