Part Time Fashion Sales Associate

Fashion-focused Sales Associate work at ALDO Shoppers World Brampton, using customer connection and visual merchandising to support in-store sales.

Reporting to the Store Manager, this part-time position drives sales and creates welcoming shopping experiences at ALDO. You will apply retail or service experience, fashion interest, and customer-first energy while supporting store presentation and daily operations. The role includes sales targets, restocking, and policy compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve individual sales goals and support team targets
• Maintain visual merchandising and attractive store displays
• Follow payment, discount, return, and loss prevention procedures
• Restock merchandise and complete backstore tasks
• Support a positive, inclusive store environment

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Retail or service industry experience
• Deep interest in fashion

• Availability for day, night, and weekend shifts
