Job description
Lead TECH merchandising at London Drugs, combining category knowledge with customer-focused presentation and sales leadership. This is a regular part-time position with flexible scheduling.
The TECH Retail Merchandising Manager develops sales through the presentation and merchandising of the TECH area. This merchant leader supports financial objectives across Photo Electronics, Computer, TECH Services, and Audio Video Systems. The position develops merchandising strategies, coaches teams, and communicates local business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop merchandising strategies for TECH departments
- Order inventory while maintaining effective inventory control
- Set sales goals and hold teams accountable
- Monitor financial performance to maximize profitability
- Maintain presentation, signing, and plan-o-gram standards
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of TECH products and services
- Knowledge of desktop PCs and Windows operating systems
- Strong understanding of merchandising practices
- Understanding of TECH operational software and support systems
- Availability for flexible Monday through Sunday scheduling
