Job description
Bring Rockwell Automation and Allen-Bradley expertise to customer solutions as a Services Sales Specialist based in Prince George. Support British Columbia accounts full-time.
Westburne is seeking an Automation Sales Specialist for its Automation Services portfolio. You will support internal and external customers with technical and application knowledge. The portfolio includes training, remanufacturing, field labour, technical support, and recurring revenue contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a pre-sale consultant for technical solutions
- Facilitate post-sale technical support programs
- Conduct presentations and product updates
- Support sales representatives with account planning
- Attend supplier partner training in Canada or the United States
Requirements:
- Recognized diploma or degree in automation technology
- Two-plus years in automation or technical product support
- Strategic, customer-centric, or conceptual selling understanding
- Microsoft Office suite experience
- Proficiency in time management and problem solving
Use specialized automation knowledge, customer support, and presentation skills to develop Westburne services across the British Columbia territory.
