Job description
Lead Bulk Barn store operations with proven leadership, customer service, and point-of-sale skills in a permanent part-time role.
The Store Key Holder assists the Store Manager and Supervisor with day-to-day business operations. When the Store Manager is absent, this position manages staff and upholds Bulk Barn standards. Success requires professional communication, interpersonal skills, time management, and MS Office knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage staff when the Store Manager is absent
- Coach, motivate, and lead employees through daily tasks
- Delegate assignments and follow up on execution
- Assist customers and process POS transactions
- Clean, restock, and unload deliveries exceeding 50 pounds
Requirements:
- Proven leadership abilities in a retail environment
- Working knowledge of MS Office applications
- Strong professional communication and interpersonal skills
- Superior time-management and multitasking abilities
- Availability for 12 to 25 hours weekly
