Automotive Driveline Systems Engineer
Lead automotive driveline integration onsite, coordinating gearbox components, subsystem interfaces, and cross-functional engineering reviews. Travel to the USA without restrictions from your start date.
This experienced Design Systems Application Engineer supports an automotive client by connecting Chief Engineering and the Product Release Center. You will manage Driveline and EDM gearbox system interactions, interface with Design Release Engineers and Centers of Excellence, and coordinate design validation activities. The position requires clear communication with leadership and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Driveline and EDM gearbox component integration
- Coordinate hardware system design reviews across PRC
- Review DRE design proposals and change notices
- Manage DFMEA and DRBFM team reviews
- Lead technical cost reduction and value optimization efforts
Requirements:
- Three to five years of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Master’s degree preferred
- Graduate or undergraduate performance at 80% GPA
- Strong communication with leadership and cross-functional teams
