• Lead and supervise SHSS staff effectively
• Drive operational support of youth programs
• Create and manage individualized service plans

• Maintain compliance with relevant legislation
Requirements:
• Diploma/Degree in Social Services or related field
• Proven experience in youth support and trauma care
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills
• Valid BC Class 5 Driver’s License
• First Aid with CPR certification required
