Key Responsibilities:
• Enforce company policies and procedures effectively
• Provide coaching and development to the fitness team
• Achieve sales goals for personal training products
• Oversee delivery of engaging training programs
• Promptly address health and safety matters
Requirements:
• Must have an Active Personal Trainer Certification
• Leadership experience preferable in retail or hospitality
• Strong public speaking and communication skills
• A motivated, reliable, and organized work ethic
