Civil Engineering Design Technologist

CAD design and project support define this Civil Engineering Technologist position with HR Service Jobs. Full-time or part-time arrangements may be available.

This position supports civil engineers with infrastructure design, technical documentation, and project coordination. Work may cover roads, drainage, utilities, site development, land development, and structural components. You will prepare drawings, review technical information, and maintain organised project records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare preliminary and detailed civil infrastructure designs
• Create and maintain drawings using CAD software
• Support calculations, quantity estimates, and technical specifications
• Coordinate technical information with project stakeholders
• Maintain drawing registers and revision histories

Requirements:

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or comparable software
• Knowledge of surveying, drainage, roads, and utilities
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Entry-level applicants or candidates with approximately 1–3 years’ experience
