Senior IT Support Analyst Toronto

Support Marsh colleagues onsite in Toronto and remotely across three offices using Windows expertise, Microsoft 365, and troubleshooting skills. This developing professional role requires office presence.

As a Senior Analyst – IT Support, you will support end users across multiple lines of business. You will install, maintain, and troubleshoot workstations, business applications, and related equipment. The work includes service-level incident response, office technology infrastructure, and collaboration with technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide in-person, phone, chat, and virtual technical support
• Configure laptops, mobile devices, hardware, and software
• Support audio visual equipment for end users
• Resolve incidents within defined service levels
• Maintain accurate local hardware inventory records

Requirements:

• Two or more years of related IT support experience
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive
• Working knowledge of Active Directory, Intune, and Exchange
• Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and customer service skills
