Walmart General Merchandise Associate

Deliver customer service and support sales floor operations as a General Merchandise Associate at Walmart Canada in Fredericton, New Brunswick. Stock, zone, and recover merchandise while assisting shoppers.

This Walmart Canada position supports customers across the general merchandise area. You will assist with product selection, maintain organized sales floors, stock merchandise, and complete modulars. The role also includes Front End coverage, safety compliance, and responding to customer concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist with product selection and purchase decisions
• Maintain assigned sales floor coverage and support Front End coverage
• Zone areas and process recovery merchandise throughout the store
• Stock merchandise, complete downstocking, and set modulars
• Maintain safe, clean, hazard-free work areas and secure fixtures

Requirements:

• Minimum age of 16 years
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift inventory or supplies
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds, occasionally up to 50
• Attention to detail during repetitive stocking and organizing tasks
