In this innovative role, you will lead the growth of NOIC's Future Skills and Extended Learning portfolio. You'll research market needs, launch new educational programs, and devise marketing strategies to attract families. Collaborating with the school team, you will ensure program delivery aligns with student and parent expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and grow K-12 Future Skills & Extended Learning programs
• Identify market needs and create innovative program offerings
• Implement marketing strategies and outreach campaigns
• Build partnerships with community organizations and schools
• Monitor program performance and enrollment metrics
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education or business
• Experience in K-12 education or program management
• Proven skills in marketing and business development
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
