Electrical Control Panel Assembler

Wire engineered-to-order control panels at Eaton’s Milton facility using wiring tools, power tools, and customer drawing packages. Work afternoons from 3:30 pm to midnight.

As an Electrical Assembler, you will support Eaton’s ES AMER PCS division and report to the Production Manager – Custom Switchboard. The work involves building custom switchboards, interpreting one-line diagrams, planning layouts with ladder logic, and wiring electrical devices. You will identify design issues, complete functional tests, and rework detected problems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and wire control panels for engineered-to-order switchboards
• Interpret one-line diagrams and customer drawing packages
• Connect and terminate wires inside switchboard structures
• Perform continuity checks and wire pull tests
• Repair or rework issues found during inspection

Requirements:

• At least 12 months of full-time wiring experience
• Experience using wiring and power tools
• High School Diploma or equivalency
• Ability to read and write English effectively
• Residence within 80 KM of Milton, Ontario
