Job description
Design Epic Cogito and Power BI solutions as a Business Intelligence Developer at Scarborough Health Network, working days in a permanent full-time position.
This professional role focuses on developing business intelligence solutions that turn data into actionable insights. You will translate stakeholder requirements into technical specifications and visualizations using Epic Cogito, Microsoft Fabric, and Power BI. The work includes SQL extracts, data models, dashboards, reports, and analytics support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop Epic Cogito and Power BI solutions
- Gather requirements and deliver dashboards with stakeholders
- Optimize and troubleshoot reports, queries, and BI tools
- Create SQL extracts for mandated and ad hoc requirements
- Test dashboards, reports, BI tools, and extracts
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- Two or more years in BI development or data analytics
- Proficiency with Epic Cogito and Power BI
- Strong SQL skills using SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL
- Epic Clarity and Caboodle Data Model certification
