Foodservice Client Project Manager

Support chefs, general managers, and owners as a Foodservice Client Project Manager at s.t.o.p. Restaurant Supply, coordinating projects and customer service.

This full-time position manages client needs from project planning through delivery. You will bridge customers and internal teams by coordinating scope, deliverables, budgets, timelines, and resources. Success requires organization, adaptability, detailed communication, and a focus on exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define project scope and deliverables with clients
• Update clients on milestones, risks, and status
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for project delivery
• Monitor resources, invoicing, and account profitability
• Resolve challenges and support timely completion

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Project Management, or related field
• Three to five years’ relevant experience preferred, not required
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Project management skills with budget and financial acumen
• Ability to manage change and work under pressure
