Customer Experience Associate Saskatoon

Serve TD customers in Saskatoon through accurate financial transactions, personalized banking guidance, and courteous service in a 15-hour schedule.

As a Customer Experience Associate with TD Canada Trust, you will support Personal and Commercial Banking customers at the branch. Apply administration, organization, planning, and time management skills while processing transactions, identifying needs, recommending banking solutions, and resolving concerns. Use MS Office and internet tools while handling changing priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments accurately
• Determine customer needs and recommend suitable banking solutions
• Resolve concerns and escalate non-standard activities appropriately
• Promote banking solutions and complete business processes promptly
• Deliver quality experiences and recommend operational improvements

Requirements:

• High School diploma or one-plus years relevant experience
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset
• Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills
• Hands-on knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet
• Calm, courteous verbal and written communication abilities
