This working Maintenance Manager leads environmental services while remaining ready to perform maintenance tasks and repairs. The position focuses on proactive reliability, equipment performance, building condition, and essential housekeeping support. It is a five-month contract requiring technical knowledge and self-direction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead housekeeping and maintenance support
• Perform environmental tasks and required repairs
• Take a proactive approach to equipment performance
• Coordinate with residence leadership
• Maintain safety standards across the building

Requirements:

• Three years environmental services or maintenance experience minimum
• Basic building systems knowledge, including HVAC
• Housekeeping, laundry, and maintenance experience preferred
• Strong initiative, precision, and self-direction
• Better-than-average computer skills
