Experienced Water Construction Inspector

Stantec is on the lookout for an Experienced Construction Inspector to lead water and wastewater projects in the Greater Toronto Area. Use your skills to drive improvements in vital infrastructure.
In this key role, you will manage diverse construction inspection tasks, ensuring project compliance and quality. Your leadership will be instrumental in the construction and rehabilitation of treatment plants, requiring regular communication and updates with project managers and contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Represent Stantec in on-site inspections and compliance checks
• Guide contractors on construction-related inquiries
• Monitor project milestones, ensuring delivery standards
• Maintain accurate construction documentation and reporting
• Evaluate change orders and field issues for solutions
Requirements:
• Over 7 years of experience with water infrastructure projects
• Relevant technical degree or qualification in construction
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Valid Ontario driver's license for site visits
