Job description
Drive premium audio sales for Monitor Audio across Canada from Pickering in a hybrid Custom Installation Sales Manager role. Use residential AV expertise and dealer relationships to expand business.
Kevro Inc. seeks an experienced sales professional to grow Monitor Audio’s custom installation business. You will develop custom installation dealers, integrators, independent representatives, and key accounts. Technical knowledge of architectural speakers, home theatre systems, distributed audio, and amplification supports partner success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and develop custom installation dealers and integration partners
- Manage key accounts through communication, planning, and sales support
- Train dealers, integrators, and sales teams on products
- Help partners specify products for residential audio projects
- Travel throughout Canada to develop accounts and business
Requirements:
- Proven custom installation, residential AV, or premium audio sales
- Strong understanding of the custom integration channel
- Technical knowledge of architectural speakers and home theatre
- Experience managing dealers and independent sales representatives
- Ability to travel regularly and maintain sales forecasts
