Overnight Maintenance Cleaning Associate

Keep Walmart Canada’s Napanee store clean and safe overnight through maintenance cleaning, floor care, and Fresh Department sanitation.

As an Overnight Maintenance Team Associate, you will follow a structured cleaning program while controlling expenses. You will communicate with the Stocking 3 Coach, cooperate with associates, and maintain coolers, freezers, display fixtures, and non-sales floor areas. Food Safety standards, cold chain guidelines, equipment inspections, supplies, certifications, and Company policies guide the work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with the Stocking 3 Coach during cleaning activities
• Clean Fresh Department coolers, freezers, and display fixtures
• Inspect maintenance and cleaning equipment for proper working condition
• Maintain sufficient cleaning supplies for scheduled activities
• Mop, sweep, vacuum, and maintain carpets when required

Requirements:

• Be 18 years of age or older
• Comply with Food Safety standards and cold chain guidelines
• Complete required in-store certification programs
• Follow all Company policies and procedures
• Maintain a safe working environment during assigned duties
