Uline French Customer Care Specialist

Support Uline’s customers in Milton, ON, with fluent French and English communication across phone, email, chat, and online ordering.

This full-time Customer Service Representative position serves customers through product guidance and account support. You will become a product and solutions expert while answering pricing and shipping questions. Uline provides training for eager learners, and prior customer service experience is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer product, pricing, and shipping questions confidently
• Process orders and make product recommendations
• Understand needs and recommend Uline’s best solutions
• Build business relationships across communication channels
• Guide customers through website and online ordering

Requirements:

• Fluent English and French, written and verbal
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Strong listening, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Willingness to learn; training is provided
