The role supports engineering design and construction projects while interfacing with clients, contractors, and leadership. Responsibilities span scheduling, estimating, procurement support, administration, field services, and technical reviews.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage internal multidisciplinary engineering design projects
• Coordinate schedules, estimates, procurement, and technical administration
• Conduct inspections, audits, supervision, and quality assurance
• Review drawings, specifications, work plans, and constructability
• Mentor junior project staff and support proposals

Requirements:

• Engineering degree and five-plus years of relevant experience
• Construction, contract administration, and field experience preferred
• Ability to travel across Saskatchewan and beyond
• Strong communication, diplomacy, and change-management skills
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
