Serve powersports customers in Edmonton while recommending products, processing transactions, and resolving warranty inquiries with Royal Distributing. Use listening and communication skills daily.

Royal Distributing is opening its first Alberta location and hiring Customer Service Associates for the Edmonton retail team. You will determine customer needs, recommend purchases, process orders, and support exceptional service. Powersports knowledge is an asset, while teamwork and problem-solving support customer and store objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Determine customer needs and recommend powersports products
• Process transactions using point-of-sale systems
• Resolve warranty issues and returns with manufacturers
• Manage special orders, holds, and store orders
• Maintain merchandising and visual standards throughout the store

Requirements:

• Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service
• Excellent verbal communication and effective listening skills
• Self-motivated approach with a strong work ethic
• Availability for varying shifts, weekends, and seasonal overtime
• Ability to move merchandise weighing up to 30 pounds
