Steel Door Manufacturing Supervisor

Lead steel door manufacturing operations from the production floor, applying hands-on leadership and practical problem-solving to meet targets safely. Support employees directly while maintaining quality standards.

Reporting to the Production Manager, the Production Supervisor oversees daily operations within the Steel Door Manufacturing Group. This hands-on leadership role coordinates work orders, production priorities, employee support, safety, and quality. The successful candidate brings manufacturing experience, strong communication, and dependable decision-making to daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily manufacturing activities and maintain smooth production flow
• Assign tasks, coordinate work orders, and monitor priorities
• Resolve bottlenecks, delays, and operational challenges
• Coach employees on procedures, quality, and safe practices
• Complete reports and communicate issues to management

Requirements:

• Three to five years manufacturing or production experience
• Previous supervisory, team lead, or production leadership experience preferred
• Understanding of shop floor operations and manufacturing processes
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to safety, quality, and operational efficiency
