Job description
Shape financial planning for Atlas Structural Systems through forecasting, budgeting, and detailed analysis within the JD Irving Limited Retail Division.
As a Financial Analyst, you will primarily support Atlas Structural Systems while contributing to projects across the Retail Division’s operating units. The work combines period end forecasts, quarterly packages, budgets, financial summaries, and business insights. You will also provide analytical support for capital projects, operations, performance improvement, special projects, and ad hoc analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare period end forecasts and quarterly packages
- Develop budgets for Retail Division operating needs
- Present financial summaries and business insights to senior leaders
- Analyze capital projects and key business initiatives
- Support operations through financial analysis and special projects
Requirements:
- Business degree in accounting, finance, business, or relevant experience
- Professional accounting designation
- Proven success in a financial analysis role
- Strong attention to detail and big picture understanding
- Strong communication and cross departmental collaboration skills
