This experienced Labour Relations Advisor supports project operations through union relationships, workforce hiring, and workforce planning. You will interpret collective bargaining agreements, coordinate labour requirements, and resolve disputes with project leadership, union representatives, and industry associations. The work supports compliance during project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as primary labour relations contact for project stakeholders
• Facilitate union hiring hall requests and dispatch resolution
• Interpret agreements covering schedules, overtime, premiums, and work arrangements
• Investigate concerns and coordinate practical dispute resolutions
• Maintain labour records, reports, and compliance documentation

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in labour relations or related discipline
• Minimum five years of unionized labour relations experience
• Knowledge of collective agreements, legislation, and apprenticeship requirements
• Strong negotiation, communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driver's abstract
