Strategic HR Business Partner Manager

As HR Manager, you provide operational leadership and strategic business partnership across the employee lifecycle. You guide workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, performance, talent management, employee relations, compensation, organizational development, retention, and engagement. Your work aligns people practices with organizational goals through sound judgment, data, and consistent processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with leaders and managers on people matters
• Guide performance, attendance, conduct, and workplace concerns
• Lead recruitment, selection, onboarding, and candidate experience
• Use workforce metrics to identify risks and priorities
• Improve HR processes, systems, and ways of working

Requirements:

• Experience delivering operational HR leadership
• Ability to provide practical HR guidance
• Understanding of workforce planning and talent management
• Knowledge of compensation practices and employment legislation
• High level of confidentiality and sound judgment
